Cancellation policy

Your Revitera subscription

With a subscription, you receive your products conveniently and regularly — with a permanent discount. Here you will find all key information on prices, term and cancellation.

Delivery frequency

You can choose between the following delivery intervals:

  • Monthly
  • Every 3 months
  • Every 5 months

Subscription discount

The discount structure is staggered as follows:

  • 1st delivery: regular single price (no subscription discount)
  • 2nd delivery: 20% off the single price
  • 3rd and every further delivery: 10% off the single price

To simplify, the discount is evenly distributed: already with the first delivery you receive an advance partial discount of 10%, which is offset against the discount of the second delivery. As a result, you pay an even amount with each delivery (single price minus 10%).

Minimum term

A subscription has a minimum term of two deliveries. Cancellation without further conditions is possible at the earliest after receipt of the second delivery.

Cancellation before the second delivery

If you wish to cancel your subscription before the second delivery, this is possible exclusively by email to hallo@revitera.ch. Since the 10% discount granted on the first delivery is an advance of the discount on the second delivery, the difference to the regular single price becomes due in this case. Cancellation via the customer portal is not possible before the second delivery.

Cancellation from the second delivery

From the second delivery onwards you can cancel your subscription at any time — quite simply:

  1. Customer portal: Log in with your email and manage your subscription under "Subscriptions".

Notice period

For the cancellation to take effect for the next delivery cycle, it must reach us at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled shipping date. If received later, it takes effect for the following delivery cycle.

What happens after cancellation?

  • No further deliveries
  • No further charges
  • Already shipped deliveries are not affected

Payment methods

Subscriptions are only available by credit card or PayPal. Your stored payment method is automatically charged shortly before each subsequent delivery. You receive a payment confirmation by email each time.

Changes to the subscription

You can adjust the delivery interval, delivery address and payment method at any time in the customer portal or notify us by email at hallo@revitera.ch. Changes take effect for the next delivery cycle if received at least 14 calendar days before the shipping date.

Automatic renewal

Without cancellation, your subscription is automatically renewed by the selected delivery interval.

Price changes

We may adjust prices or discounts as appropriate. Changes will be communicated to you by email at least 30 days in advance. Within this period you can cancel with immediate effect (special right of termination).

90-day money-back guarantee

The 90-day money-back guarantee applies to your first subscription delivery. If you are not satisfied, you receive the full purchase price back. After receipt of the second delivery, this guarantee no longer applies. Details under Returns & Refunds.
