The story of Revitera

I am Lorenz, founder of Revitera® and someone who has been looking for answers for a long time.

Revitera® was born out of personal experience: the helplessness of not being able to really help my mother with Hashimoto left a deep impression on me. Despite "normal" blood values, she suffered from constant exhaustion, inexplicable weight gain and the feeling that no one could really help her.

Out of the realization that even with apparently optimal laboratory values and regular medication, the desired improvement in quality of life does not always occur, I founded Revitera - for people who want to feel understood and look for solutions that go beyond medications, laboratory values and standard approaches.

How do I best take the power of change?

We recommend taking 2 capsules daily with the second meal and a glass of water. Make sure that you stay at least 2 hours apart from thyroid medication.

Is Wandelkraft also suitable for Graves' disease or hyperthyroidism?

Wandelkraft was developed specifically for people with an increased need for certain liver micronutrients¹. If you have Graves' disease or an overactive thyroid, you should avoid taking it or only consider using it after consulting your doctor.

Can I take Wandelkraft even if I don't have a thyroid?

Yes, Wandelkraft can also be taken without a thyroid - for example as part of a balanced diet to provide targeted micronutrients. If in doubt, talk to your doctor.

Can I take Change Power for Hashimoto's?

We only recommend taking Wandelkraft if you also have an underactive thyroid with Hashimoto.

If you have an overactive thyroid in connection with Hashimoto, we advise against taking it

Is Wandelkraft also suitable if I don't have liver problems?

Yes, you can also take Wandelkraft in general to help maintain normal liver function¹

Is it possible to take it together with other dietary supplements?

Yes, Wandelkraft can be combined with other dietary supplements.

Should I continue taking my thyroid medication if I use Wandelkraft?

Yes, absolutely! Do not stop your thyroid medication under any circumstances. Wandelkraft is not a substitute for drug treatment for hypothyroidism. Take your medication as usual and use Wandelkraft additionally - with sufficient time between them. We therefore recommend taking it in the afternoon.

Where is change power produced?

Developed in Switzerland and manufactured to the highest quality standards in Germany. Independent laboratories regularly check the product for possible harmful substances.

How long does a can last?

The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules. A pack of 60 capsules is enough for 30 days.

How long does change last?

Our products have a shelf life of up to 2 years after production. We make sure to only send goods with a sufficiently long best-before date. The best before date is printed on every pack.

Can Wandelkraft be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

No, we advise against taking it during pregnancy and breastfeeding as there are no sufficient studies on the ingredients it contains.

What does change taste like?

The capsules are basically tasteless. However, if you open it and take just the powder, you will notice a slightly sour taste - this is completely normal and harmless. The taste comes from the choline bitartrate it contains, a well-known form of choline with a characteristic sour note.

Are side effects possible when taking the product?

Zu Beginn der Einnahme kann es in seltenen Fällen zu leichten Anpassungsreaktionen kommen. Möglich sind vorübergehende Beschwerden wie Verdauungsprobleme, leichte Kopfschmerzen, Unruhe, Hautreaktionen oder allgemeines Unwohlsein.

Bitte beachte, dass es zu Wechselwirkungen mit bestimmten Medikamenten kommen kann. Insbesondere bei Schilddrüsenmedikamenten sollte ein zeitlicher Abstand von mindestens 2 Stunden eingehalten werden.

Auch bei der Einnahme von Blutverdünnern kann eine Wechselwirkung nicht ausgeschlossen werden.
