90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If a product does not convince you, you can make use of our money-back guarantee within 90 days of receiving your first order — a full refund of the purchase price (excl. shipping costs).

How it works

  1. Send us an e-mail to hallo@revitera.ch within 90 days of receipt, stating your order number.
  2. Where applicable, we will send you a short form and instructions.
  3. You return your order to the appropriate return address.

Refund

After receiving your return or reviewing the matter, we will promptly refund the amount to the payment method originally used — usually within 7 business days.

Good to know

  • The guarantee can be redeemed once per customer for each product type.
  • For subscriptions, the 90-day guarantee applies exclusively to the first delivery (cf. Section 9.8 of the GTC).
  • Suspected misuse entitles us to refuse further returns.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

As a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The period begins on the day on which you (or a third party designated by you) took possession of the goods. For a subscription, the period begins upon receipt of the first delivery.

Return shipment

Please send the goods back to our return address for Germany/EU (see above) within 14 days of your withdrawal.

Refund

We will refund all payments received from you without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal. The refund will be made via the same payment method.

Note for Swiss customers

In Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, our 90-day money-back guarantee is available to you.

Only our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are legally binding.
