90-day money-back guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If a product does not convince you, you can use our money-back guarantee within 90 days of receipt of your first order — full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).

How it works

  1. Send us an email to hallo@revitera.ch within 90 days of receipt with your order number.
  2. We will send you a short form and instructions if needed.
  3. You return your order to the appropriate return address.

Refund

After receipt of your return or review of the case, we refund the amount immediately to the original payment method — typically within 7 business days.

Good to know

  • The guarantee can be redeemed once per product type per customer.
  • For subscriptions, the 90-day guarantee applies exclusively to the first delivery (cf. § 9.8 of the General Terms).
  • Suspected abuse entitles us to refuse further returns.

Statutory right of withdrawal (EU customers)

As a consumer resident in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The period begins on the day on which you (or a third party designated by you) takes possession of the goods. For subscriptions, the period begins upon receipt of the first delivery.

How to withdraw

Return

Please return the goods within 14 days of your withdrawal to our return address for Germany/EU (see above).

Refund

We refund all payments received from you (including standard delivery costs) without delay, at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. The refund will be made using the same payment method.

Notice for Swiss customers

In Switzerland there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, our 90-day money-back guarantee is available to you.
