How do I best take the power of change?

We recommend taking 2 capsules daily with the second meal and a glass of water. Make sure that you stay at least 2 hours apart from thyroid medication.

Is Wandelkraft also suitable for Graves' disease or hyperthyroidism?

Wandelkraft was developed specifically for people with an increased need for certain liver micronutrients¹. If you have Graves' disease or an overactive thyroid, you should avoid taking it or only consider using it after consulting your doctor.

Can I take Wandelkraft even if I don't have a thyroid?

Yes, Wandelkraft can also be taken without a thyroid - for example as part of a balanced diet to provide targeted micronutrients. If in doubt, talk to your doctor.

Can I take Change Power for Hashimoto's?

We only recommend taking Wandelkraft if you also have an underactive thyroid with Hashimoto.

If you have an overactive thyroid in connection with Hashimoto, we advise against taking it

Should I continue taking my thyroid medication if I use Wandelkraft?

Yes, absolutely! Do not stop your thyroid medication under any circumstances. Wandelkraft is not a substitute for drug treatment for hypothyroidism. Take your medication as usual and use Wandelkraft additionally - with sufficient time between them. We therefore recommend taking it in the afternoon.

What does change taste like?

The capsules are basically tasteless. However, if you open it and take just the powder, you will notice a slightly sour taste - this is completely normal and harmless. The taste comes from the choline bitartrate it contains, a well-known form of choline with a characteristic sour note.

Are side effects possible when taking the product?
